Mr. Anthony Williams received his B.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science
from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. He has over 23 years experience in software development,
information systems, and related business areas, including process analysis and engineering; data
analysis and modeling; organizational development, business case, business impact analysis and
vision and strategy development. He has also held positions in department management overseeing
development, operations and customer support. In these roles he has had over 25 people under his
direct supervision, been responsible for department and project budgets in excess of $2 million.
Mr. Williams has many years experience as a contractor and consultant, most recently with
PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has performed analysis and provided software solutions across many
functional areas, for government and business clients, including sales, marketing, purchasing and
warehousing, information technology, telecommunications, learning and knowledge management, and engineering.
Mr. Williams is founder of North Star Energy Services. In addition to being self-taught in a variety of
alternative energy topics, he has been trained in solar energy technologies and systems, with both classroom and field work.
