Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE

In the following statements, "shipping" refers to orders arriving at their destination address via a third-party carrier (e.g. United Parcel Service). The time frames provided are to be used only as a guideline for third-party carriers. Orders delivered via North Star Energy Services Delivery Service will be scheduled when your system has been assembled and tested. A representative from North Star Energy Services will contact you to arrange the delivery appointment.

The information in this shipping policy pertains to orders being shipped within the continental United States. For all other destinations, please contact North Star Energy Services for terms, schedule, and pricing.

Delivery Options

North Star Energy Services, Inc. currently offers three delivery methods.

• We currently partner with the United Parcel Service (UPS) Freight
• We can delivery your system to you
• You can pick up your system at our factory

UPS Freight Delivery

If you are outside our delivery area, we use UPS Freight to ship your system. UPS Freight ships heavy freight by weight or dimensional weight (our systems ship by dimensional weight). With this method you have two options:

• You can include the shipping charges in your order placed with us (UPS then bills us for the shipping)
• We can have UPS bill you (you make payment arrangements with UPS)

The rates we quote for UPS Freight are for four (4) business day delivery. If you need your system shipped faster than this, please contact us as additional charges will apply.

North Star Energy Services Delivery Service

We can deliver your system to your home or business, if you are within our delivery area. The rate schedule below applies to deliveries within the United States only. We will contact you when your unit is ready for delivery and will arrange a delivery date that fits your schedule. If you have ordered more than one system and desire to have them scheduled for delivery at the same time, please contact us for alternate rates.

Distances below are from our headquarters in Apollo Beach, FL to your delivery destination, and are calculated as road miles driven, not stright-line distances. We will generally use MapQuest to calculate our route to your destination.

Note: Our Delivery Service includes on site set up and system checks and a review of all operational procedures with you.

Factory Pickup

If you desire, you can drive to our factory and pick up your system. Please contact us to arrange a pick up appointment.

When you arrive to pick up your system, we will review the system set up and operations with you. Once you are comfortable with all operational procedures, you simply load or tow your system to your destination.

Limitations, Changes, Exclusions

North Star Energy Services, Inc. reserves the right to limit or change this policy and its terms without prior notice.

All orders are subject to this policy unless otherwise provided for in writing by North Star Energy Services, Inc. in a sales contract of other contractual document signed in good faith by both parties. Exclusions to the above policy may be made for volume purchases, large custom systems, or at the desire or need of North Star Energy Services.
